How to Reach Us
💬 Discord
Our Discord server is the fastest way to reach the team. General support questions, event sign-ups, consent profile queries, and membership upgrades are all handled there first. All registered members receive a Discord invite on account creation.
Response time: Under 2 hours during operating hours
🌐 In-World IM
Inside Second Life, staff members wear a gold District tag and are always available for IMs during operating hours. For urgent matters — consent violations, distress, or griefing — IM any staff member directly. We respond in under five minutes during live sessions.

📋 Notice Board
The in-world Notice Board in The Commons is updated daily with announcements, ritual schedules, open lore submissions, and sim-wide news. Check it every visit. Important updates are also posted simultaneously to Discord and this website.

🔑 Account & Login
Forgot your password or cannot log in? Use the Password Reset page first. If the issue persists, post in #tech-support on Discord with your username and the error message you see.
📇 HUD & In-World Objects
HUD not syncing? API token expired? Rezjing issues? Post in #tech-support on Discord. Include your SL username, the HUD version, and a screenshot if possible.
🔓 Membership & Billing
Questions about your tier, upgrades, or billing? Visit your Account page or post in #membership-support on Discord. Tier upgrades are processed within 24 hours.
🧸 Character & Bloodlines
Bloodline conflicts, character approval delays, or lore questions? Reach the Lore Team via #lore-questions on Discord. Allow 48 hours for detailed lore rulings.
📕 Events & Scheduling
Propose an event, request a ritual slot, or report a scheduling conflict in #event-proposals on Discord. Community events need 72 hours advance notice for staff review.
🔧 Griefing & Rule Violations
Witnessing griefing or harassment in real time? IM any on-duty staff member in-world immediately — look for the gold District tag. For non-urgent reports, use #rule-violations on Discord.
└ Support Hours: Staff monitor Discord and in-world IMs daily from 5 PM – 1 AM EST. Critical issues (consent violations, safety concerns) are escalated immediately regardless of time. For everything else, expect a response within 24 hours.
Staff Team
The Primal District is staffed by a dedicated team of volunteer administrators and moderators. Each staff member specialises in a particular area of the sim’s operation.
Sim Ownership
Final decision-making authority on all sim policy, membership disputes, and major lore decisions. Reachable via Discord DM for Patron-tier members.
Lore Team
Maintains the District’s narrative canon, approves character backstory submissions, runs story arc events, and arbitrates lore continuity disputes. Accessible via the lore channel in Discord.
Consent Moderators
Specialised staff focused entirely on consent enforcement, player safety, and incident response. Always on-call during operating hours. Anonymous reports are accepted.
Technical Support
Handles HUD sync issues, API token resets, account linking failures, and all technical problems with the website or in-world objects. Post in the support channel on Discord for fastest response.
Report a Consent Violation
Your safety is the District’s highest priority. If you have experienced or witnessed a consent violation, please report it immediately. All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed within 24 hours. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans.
To submit a report: IM any staff member in-world using the subject line “Consent Report” — or send a private message to the Consent Moderators role on Discord. You may remain anonymous. Include a timestamp and a brief description of the incident if possible.
You will always be believed. You will never be pressured to confront the person who hurt you. We handle it from here.
