A 14-day trial is available before purchase. The trial begins on first launch and lets you review the software before buying a permanent license.

Requesting help with a purchase

If you have a billing, download, or activation issue, reply to your order confirmation email with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Support will review the issue and explain the available next steps.

Refund eligibility and exceptions

After the download or product key has been delivered, the purchase is final and refunds are not offered, except for a duplicate charge or an activation failure that support cannot resolve. This policy does not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
